Everything You
Need to Know
We know planning a wedding comes with a hundred questions. Here are the ones couples ask us most — answered honestly and clearly.
-
We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May through October). New York City weekends fill up quickly. That said, we do accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows — don't hesitate to reach out regardless of your timeline.
-
You'll receive a minimum of 100–800+ fully edited, high-resolution images depending on your collection. Your complete gallery will be delivered within 6–8 weeks of your wedding day. You'll receive a sneak peek of 20–30 images within the first week so you have something beautiful to share right away.
-
Our style is best described as romantic fine-art documentary. We focus on capturing authentic, unscripted moments — the tears, the laughter, the quiet glances — while also creating beautifully composed portraits that feel timeless. We work unobtrusively, blending into your day so you can be fully present and natural in front of the camera.
-
Absolutely. We regularly photograph weddings across New York State, New Jersey, Connecticut, and throughout the Northeast. We also love destination weddings — we've traveled nationally and internationally for couples who want their day documented beautifully wherever they choose to celebrate. Travel fees are outlined transparently in our packages.
-
Wholeheartedly, yes. Love is love, and we are honored to celebrate every couple's unique story. We welcome and celebrate all couples, families, and identities. Every love story deserves to be beautifully documented.
-
In the extremely unlikely event of an emergency, we have a trusted network of professional photographers we work with who can step in and maintain the same quality and level of care. This has never happened in over a decade of shooting weddings, but your peace of mind matters — we always have a backup plan in place.
-
Once we've connected and you're ready to move forward, we'll send you a digital contract and request a retainer to secure your date. Your date is not held until both the signed contract and retainer are received. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding day.
-
Yes! All digital files come with a personal print release, meaning you can print your photos at any lab, share them online, and keep them forever. The only restriction is commercial use without prior written permission.
